As a VIP retailer, we are excited to see you at The Big Gear Show in a two weeks.

Badge Information
Click here to register for your badge (free). Badges will be available for pick-up on site starting on Monday afternoon. 

Room Block Info
We are 100% sold through our room blocks at Deer Valley Resort. We are in the process of opening more affordable retailer rooms. 

We just opened 25 more rooms at the Hyatt Place Park City for $129/night. Here is the info:

  • This link is only valid for stay dates between 08.02.21 checking out up to 08.06.21. 
  • To book over the phone: call 888-591-1234 – reference either the discount code G-BG21 or The Big Gear.

The hotel is connected to Deer Valley Resort via Park City public transportation, which offers free shuttles from the hotel to the event site.

Travel Incentive Program (EXPIRED JUNE 1)
Unfortunately, our travel incentive program expired on June 1, though we still want to welcome you to the show, which is free for all retailers to attend. 

Here is how to reserve your subsidy: 
 
 
2) Book your lodging in our room block: 
Our retailer room block is now live! There are two options: 
 
If you want to stay on site, we have awesome 1-3 bedroom condos directly adjacent to the event site. They are more expensive than our hotel option (so you will be responsible for the difference) but we highly recommend them for convenience. Also, feel free to share condos with your fellow retailers. 
 

Our host retailer hotel is the Peaks Hotel in downtown Park City (free shuttles to the event site). Rooms start at $109/night so your incentive should cover the entire cost of the room + tax. Simply call the hotel at 435-649-5000 and tell them you are with The Big Gear Show. No deposit required. 

3) Email us your lodging confirmation so we have it on file. 
Please email it to info@thebiggearshow.com. We’ll confirm back that your incentive is secured. Attend the event and have fun. We’ll process reimbursements within 60 days after the show.
